Refund and Returns

At US Amino Peptide Research, we take pride in providing high-quality research materials. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.To submit a claim, please provide:-Order number-Clear photos of the product and packaging-Description of the issueClaims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. ELIGIBLE RESOLUTIONS
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:-Replacement of the product-Store credit-Refund to the original payment method

4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not offer refunds or returns for:-Incorrect product selection-Improper storage or handling after delivery-Products used or opened-Delays caused by shipping carriers-Packages marked as delivered but not received

5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are non-refundable.Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information at checkout.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

7. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
All products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).By purchasing, you acknowledge that:-Products are not for human or veterinary use-You are responsible for proper handling and use-You understand the nature of research materials
